He arranged a day and popped round to confirm it wasn't... read more the battery or the relays but the dreaded starter motor failure on these. For those not in the know this is removing a good lot of the plastics, coolant hoses and several other bits and bobs, having small hands or dropping the entire motor to get access due to where its located. As it was an auto they couldn't tow it but got out the recovery guys they work with within and hr car was off to be put on a ramp. Worked on the car got the starter ordered, fitted and even delivered it back to us. All for a 3rd of the cost that Mercedes would have charged. Couldn't recomend them enough and will definatley be using them for car repairs/servicing in future
