The aim of the company is to service and repair not only German models in respect of which Glenn specialises but ALL makes of cars, vans and light commercial vehicles.
As recommended in the IOM Best Business Guide, the key strengths of the business are the proven ability to offer an exemplary service at competitive prices, which include electronic diagnostic fault finding using dealer level diagnostic equipment and servicing at dealer level standards.
‘We try and keep our prices as low as we can,’ says Glenn, ‘we would rather have a loyal customer base than a massive profit.’
‘Our labour is charged out at just £45 an hour – shop around a little and you’ll soon realise what good value this is’.
We work on a diverse range of vehicles but specialise in BMW, Audi, VW, Mini, Seat & Skoda.
We have dealer level diagnostic equipment which has meant a significant investment to stay up to date with what is coming onto the market,’ explains Glenn. The workshop also has dealer level diagnostic equipment for Renault, Peugeot, Citroen and Vauxhall.
We supply and fit our own tyres and to keep your tyres running straight we use the latest four wheel laser wheel alignment equipment.
We offer free winter & holiday checks and emergency breakdown & call out.
If you bring your car in for service or repair we can arrange a courtesy car for you. If no courtesy car is available we will arrange to drop you into work or home. We will also come out to you if you have broken down and try and repair your vehicle at the roadside, or tow it into the workshop for you.
Glenn brings to the business many years of experience working on vehicles in the army and later in dealerships, along with a genuine enthusiasm for all things technical and mechanical.
